I think Staples and Kinkos both offer about the same services and prices. If you have pdfs you can price the job online at http://www.staples.com/sbd/cre/programs/copyandprint/presentations_and_binding.html

Yes yes! My friend was just telling me about a service she uses to *cough* print fanfiction. I'll find out details and let you know.

She uses cafepress.com -- she sets up her own shop and uploads it that way, and then buys it from herself. She says there are tutorials.
