Feeling bookish
Does anyone know of any cheap bookbinding and printing services?
To wit: I have a book, or a manuscript, or a .pdf of a couple hundred pages. I wish to print it out (or copy it) and bind it into some usable book-like form. The cost of this, in most cases, is greater than the cost of just buying another copy of the book - which, in these cases, isn't possible, because the books in question are out of print.
