Chewie

For those of you that haven't heard, on Tuesday night we sadly had to put Chewie to sleep. It was her time, there was nothing else they could do at this point, and she went in about 3 seconds. I had tests run to be sure there were no other options. She was severely anemic, her red blood cell count was at 10%, so her organs were all either shutting

I'm really sorry Laurie :( At least she's not suffering anymore. She didn't look healthy or happy when I saw her.

So sorry Laurie, but you did the best thing for her. She had a great life and she couldn't have had a better mommy.

Very sorry, Laurie. You can't second guess yourself. You did the best that you could for her. She knows that.

thank you. it is just in my nature to second guess things, but maybe if anything I have learned from it. If i ever have another cat going through this then maybe I'll know more about it. i am feeling better, though.

I have a bunch of pictures of her so I am going to mail them down. I wish I had dated them but I didn't so I really don't know how old they are.
