I used to live down the street from Pilin Thai. I'm now out in Denver, and when I saw that name it was such a blast from the past. You know what else is great there? The spicy catfish. Ohhh, the spicy catfish! (Denver does not have good seafood.) I can't wait to try some of these cocktails, too, but man, thanks for the Thai food memories.
