Took a walk at lunch today. Burned 351 calories per my Nike+ (which I am totally loving!). I want to see how fast I can walk the mile now that I have music on my phone. I've been super tired since all this exercise and my upped dosage on iron pills. Is this how this is supposed to work? I thought the iron and exercise are supposed to be

Typically we have whole wheat everything at home. I'll still keep an eye out for what I'm eating when I get tired like this. I think it's more than the after lunch coma.

Sometimes I need a snakc of protein and complex carb if I need to longer than 5 hours between meals. Like a wedge of cheese and an apple (skin-on, for extra complex(carb)ity

I have snacks that I keep at my desk, usually almonds and granola. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow so I'll bring up the question with her.
