Took a walk at lunch today. Burned 351 calories per my Nike+ (which I am totally loving!). I want to see how fast I can walk the mile now that I have music on my phone. I've been super tired since all this exercise and my upped dosage on iron pills. Is this how this is supposed to work? I thought the iron and exercise are supposed to be putting a spring in my step.
