So, thoughts on the 4.5 premiere of 'Battlestar Galactica' below the cut....

Yeah, the Dee thing came out of left field. Not that I'm too unhappy since I'm a Kara/Lee shipper. ;)

This show is so fucked up.

Yeah, it did come out of left field...but I thought it was a great moment in the series - probably one of the best. The way they set it up, with her supporting everyone else and then rekindling her relationship with Lee (which I didn't hate as much this time around) and then with her singing and looking blissfully happy before WHAM! shooting herself in the head. It was so unexpected and tragic, despite my dislike of her character.

Holy Frak is right. My Gods that was a roller coaster of a first episode, but I shouldn't have expected any less. BSG always delivered on that front. I love this show, beginning to end.. or future end ( ... )
