Well 2009 still feels alot like 2008.

Daryl and went out to Del Dantes for NYE dinner with Akeel, Yasmin, Amelia and John. They had a delicious gourmet four course meal on for $45. I'm annoyed with age alone. It fits this current need to make the Doctor younger and more attractive. I'm sure he'll have a young female companion to fall in love with that he'll have to give up in a time of crisis. I really liked Donna purely for the fact that she had no interest in the Doctor. If I'm proven wrong, I'll be ecstatic, but I don't expect to be wrong on this. . . and I have a huge amount of respect for Steven Moffat.

His young age is a valid point. I think David Tennant is more attractive than this guy though.

I think it would be funny if they paired him with a really old person to play his companion.
