Happy Everyone-and-their-Cousin-Claims-to-be-cool-and-Irish day! I've made the traditional Irish-American corned beef and cabbage. In case you are wondering, corned beef is a substitute for the very tasty Irish bacon rasher.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! I was rifling through my postcards today and found the one you gave me from Ireland, so I just wanted to pop in and greet you a happy day... personally, I want to go for an Irish Car Bomb right about now (the topic kept coming up in class today) but 1) I've got no one to go with and 2) I have to study for GREs on Friday FML lol...

And Irish car bombs are fabulous. You might also like Irish rootbeers, which (I believe) are Guinness with a shot of amaretto dropped into them. But don't quote me.

And the GRE...giant terrible vocabulary test. I would cram words for the analogy section, writing is not too bad, math...well, that never was my strong suit.
