Hello an chairde!
Happy Everyone-and-their-Cousin-Claims-to-be-cool-and-Irish day! I've made the traditional Irish-American corned beef and cabbage. In case you are wondering, corned beef is a substitute for the very tasty Irish bacon rasher.
And as the lovely
aeternitasbeach asked, I've made my kitschy green Irish soda bread in the shape of a castle. And bread pudding. (yummy!)
Also, subjecting your entire acquaintance to a pub quiz? Awesome.
Moreover, I've discovered that Netflix has Torchwood on its instant queue and I've been watching. Thus far, "Children of Earth" is the best of the lot - so good, in fact, that I own it. That does everything Doctor Who can't because of its audience demographic and is brilliant at it.
So, in short, HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!
I'm going for a Bulmers now.
