At long last, I have a mini-website rather than a one-page web mess!

I even added a tiny blog there. (For me, that's a huge commitment. I'm not known for spending vast amounts of time blogging anywhere or hanging out in net groups.)

Discovery's #36 top science story of 2008 is "Quiet Creationism in Public High Schools." According to the magazine, "as many as one in eight high school biology teachers presents creationism or intelligent design as a viable scientific alternative to evolution." This is a surprisingly high percentage.
