Since I recently parted with a great many books I'll take some off your hands! :D I'll take the following in exchange for pie/coffee/hanging-out if that sounds good to you:

Mirrorshades - The Cyberpunk Anthology by Bruce Sterling
Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky SB
Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman
The Diamond Age (or, A Young Lady's Illustrated Primer) by Neil Stephenson
Future Noir - The Making of Blade Runner by Paul M. Sammon
Finest News Reporting by The Onion

Also, I know for a fact that lafaeexistenz is looking for copies of the Piers Anthony Incarnations of Immortality series (we were just talking about it a few days ago oddly enough). I can pass them on to her if ya'd like.

Ooh, I'll take the MAD books and the Tex Avery book, and I will even take the Anne Rice ones because I just want them around to pull out and make people cry with every now and then.
I will send you money! For real!

Well, as long as you are putting them to good use and not reading them for enjoyment or anything. I read all of "Interview with the Vampire" when I was eighteen or nineteen. Then I got about three pages into "The Vampire Lestat" and said, "Rock star? The hell with that," and put it down, which was probably a mistake, because it sounds like a great premise for a sitcom now that I think about it.

I really want to read her Jesus book as I'm hoping it will be the most homoerotic telling of the Bible EVAR!

I read Interview, Vampire Lestat, and Queen of the Whatever back in high school, and back then the first two were pretty great. I finally started noticing that things were, uh, less good around 3. Now I figure I will make chmmr read Interview so that my making him watch Forever Knight will hurt less. Also I think it was the birth of emo-ism.
