I really like this one. The relationship between these two is so interesting. Stupid Saix.

Congratulations on winning!

Ikr! It's rather painful to see how they fell apart in such a way; heartbreaking, really. Yet it's oddly fascinating to think about, no?

♥ Thank you! I was quite surprised *u* I didn't think it was quite as powerful as Blood and Chocolate, hehe x)

Definitely. :3

Hmm, maybe. Although I still like this one better. Maybe it's the character-bias thing working again. XD

Rofl oh man, this reminds me that I had started writing a short chaptered fix about them a while back. Maybe I'll rewrite it sometime ; u ;

I actually really, really like writing about the breakdown of this friendship, because there's just so many ways it can be interpreted. What made them fall apart, why they did so instead of trying to hold on to their shared histories, and...yeah, all that.

...yes. One of the pratfalls of being one of the fandom's most popular characters, eh? 'Oh hey, you're loved by the fangirls! Here, have your character butchered and twisted beyond recognition! Whoop-de-whoo.' :/

Exactly. Such as, 'what happened to Isa to make him the angry, bitter guy that Saix is?', or 'how did Lea become Axel, the turncoat traitor with no qualms to double-crossing anyone who doesn't ask?'

You can't please everyone in the fandom. That's the only way I see it. U8
