Nice job -- doing those sorts of things on yourself is quite the chore and red is nearly as hard as green to get good, proper coverage.

OMG... it was a big pain in the ass. You're so right. I am wondering if I need to find a neutral pancake color first, as the red was somewhat translucent. Any advice?

A combination of Ben Nye Final Seal and powder will keep the red from separating on your neck -- always a problem area after a bit of time

Yeah. I realized (DUH) that I had powdered my face and the bald cap... and totally forgot to powder my neck. *facepalm*

But I will check into the Final Seal. I'm a rank beginner with Ben Nye. Thanks for the advice. :)

I LOVE Final Seal -- it's allowed me to paint my hands green for Ogre Princess Fiona and pretty much keep the color on all day without leaving it behind on everything I touch -- and has let me wear a makeup for up to 20 hours with only minor touchups
