Another wild weekend!

Apr 20, 2008 23:00

Well, OK, so it wasn't actually wild. But I found that title amusing. ;) My weekend was, however, very BUSY, but in a very good way! Below is a breakdown of the three days, so you can read them one at a time if you prefer.

FRIDAY: the $50 sale and the great bingo game! )

rats, daily life, photos, dreams, big brother, chiropractic, humour, family, friends, food, bingo

What a cool and amazing dream!

To answer your question, Andrew does like flying kites, though we've only done it a few times... Most recently in Newport, Oregon last June, on vacation... Down on the beach. That was really fun.

Yeah, wasn't that just the CRAZIEST dream? Ever since I started taking Lexapro, my dreams became extra-vivid. :) Not a bad side effect, eh?

That's cool that Roo likes flying kites. I have a really neat and SUPER easy parafoil kite that even Charlie Brown could fly! *giggle* There isn't even any framework to break! Has he tried this type before?

BTW, I hope you didn't mind the pix I posted with you acting goofy. You're just so good at doing funny and fun things in fotos! ;D

Wow, I really wish my dreams were as detailed as yours! It's amazing that you can recall so much of it!

Haha, wow, I work at a CPWM. :) Right now there are some clearanced kitchen items that are on sale from 50-75% off (at least at my store, which is on Stevens Creek Boulevard in that weird San Jose/Santa Clara borderline area) I can't speak for the inventory of the other three in the South Bay, though. So you might actually get some real bang for your $10! :)

If you ever go on an SSRI, you too can (probably) experience vivid, long and/or weird dreams! :) It's an extremely common side effect of all SSRIs, per my research, and does not require a high dose to occur. I'm only on 10 mg of Lexapro, which is the most "selective" of all the SSRIs, and thus is the least likely to cause the unpleasant side effects the other SSRIs are known for, especially Prozac and Paxil. (Pretty much my only side effect is the "super dreams"!) Click here to read a question I asked about the dream stuff on Yahoo Answers.

BTW, what are the hours/days you work at the Stevens Creek Cost Plus? Maybe I can swing a visit when you're there! That would be COOL! :)

Ack, I just found the e-mail notification of this comment in my inbox! I'm sorry it's taken so long to reply! *genuflects* ;)

These days my schedule is quite set. I'm usually there Friday through Monday, 7am-4pm or so. I've been working a 30-32 hour week lately, but once they start giving us more hours again I'll be working Thursdays again, usually at the same time. :)

If you come in any of those days, make sure I see you! *grin* That would be great to see you.

Actually the Cost Plus gift card is for $12. I added a bonus, but forgot who won it, so I wasn't able to let you know. So, now you know...
