What made you decide to move to Portland and what are you doing there?

I don't have any epic reasoning for moving other than it just felt right and there was nothing holding me back in Georgia. I'm doing contract design work right now, which is the same stuff I was doing in Atlanta. I'm hoping to get my foot in the door with some event design places in town though.

I spend a lot of time out West, Southern Cali and Lake Tahoe ... was there for two weeks in August, and will be back in October

Thanks! It's still pretty hot but I'm not missing the humidity at all! I do need to invest in better boots and a raincoat before the rain comes though. I can't wait for October though--I bet it's going to be beautiful.
