Teehee!

I have been hankering to do some shopping for summer clothes, but it seems that by the time I save up enough to get my spree on, it's gonna be fall. :P

Well, one way to buy summer fashions and still have enough money for fall is to purchase long-lasting stuff at low prices, either on sale (and LB is running a sale now with decent discounts, even on their Web site; also see Igigi.com) or from lower-priced sources like Old Navy (they carry women's sizes at the Eastgate store—you have to really pick through, but they're also a great source for basics like tank tops, and my experience shows that their tanks stay bright and are nearly indestructible).

Man, that icon is funny.

You should go to the Talbot's outlet store up near Lynwood mall. Great prices and a good womens and petites selection.

Talbot's outlet near Lynwood Mall: check! I'll be working farther north, so getting their should be less of a schlepp. Thanks for the tip!

I also need to make a run up there and would love to go together if you can wait until after July 15.

On another note, what's your schedule this weekend and Monday? I'd love to get together if only for a drink. Call or e-mail me. I should be home by 10.

This weekend and Monday evening are relatively light. There was some discussion this evening at happy hour about seeing Superman, which is playing 'round the corner from a certain Miss Maiden. But drinks would be lovely anytime. I may be out late this evening; no idea how so. Talk tomorrow maybe?
