Pfftahahaha this is awesome. I absolutely love how you write these two. She expresses her distaste through the medium of barfing noises. And Sally plucking a six-year-old Laurie's eyebrows. And just, this whole thing. Is awesome. Yes.

Thank you. I suspect that Laurie was a bit like one of those scary child beauty pageant kids, and had to look absolutely ***immaculate*** a lot of the time.

I had a grin on my face nearly the entire way through, but laughed at the last bits. And lost it on "hoo-hoo".

I ship Hollis/Sally too, for real. More of this, please.

Sweet and funny and matter-of-fact in all the right ways and places.

I had a hell of a time looking for 1950s slang for female bits, but I think that 'hoo-hoo' has a timeless quality. IT'S CLASSY.
