...well, maybe not the last one. But I did get a haircut today, and it feels like I've lost most of it. I also now have a fringe for the first time since, like, the 80s when I tried to cut my own hair, and it went horribly, horribly wrong (as one might guess for a 4 year old). I love the new cut, though. Nice and short with most of the weight

A PT really comes into their own for pushing you harder than you think you can go, week-in, week out. Even once per week - then one or two sessions on your own - will deliver far better results than you can do on your own.
Or at least that's my experience, and Lisa's too.
