*squint* Hm yes those pecs are looking quite well! I think it takes a little while longer to gain muscle so you'll have results soon enough. Then you'll probably be doing everything with your shit off just to check yourself out like "hoooyeah I'm soo ripped" hahaha

I need to go buy some weights. Just lost 10 pounds and want to gain more muscle. Working out and getting into shape is soo fun & makes you feel so much better. :D!

Oh shush! They are there!

Haha, I like staring at myself in the mirror as it is to see what is growing on me. Working out is very fun, it's fun to feel good and it's fun to look good- keep it up!

Must be nice being a guy!

I've been lifting for ... a year? haha. Something like that. At least 8 months, and while certain areas look more toned, I definitely don't see myself gaining muscle. If I flex my biceps, you can feel it, but you can't see it. And I know most girls don't want to look "manly" and muscular, it sure would be nice to see all my work paying off. :/

Yeah, I know what you mean. Unfortunately you have to eat like a horse to gain muscle and I am trying!

if your not seeing the results you want i would suggest lifting heavier weights and upping your calorie intake. carbs are what your body uses for energy, if your not getting enough your body will attack the muscle for food. also lots of protien.

Oh, I am upping little by little. I'm lifting a lot as it is, and doing pull ups and chin ups. I have been upping my calries as well, and I am doing well over 2000 a day as well as a lot of protein. Hopefully my body will kick in soon.

Wow you are looking fantastic! Keep up the good work & I double the suggestion of using heavier weights. Increase your eating of high quality proteins ...carbs too like oats, brown rice and have bananas after your workout & more good fats in your diet as well.
You just have to split the eating of your carbs the right way.

You will thank YOURSELF this summer :D

(oh~and thanks for motivating me! I'm on a regime myself here and starting to see results

I have been upping calories and protein. I am trying to do everything right, I just don't want to get on a regimen of eating a lot and not exercising enough.

And thanks!
