So, for the past few months I have been lifting- nothing insane- however, I may step up to much heavier weight because I am not getting the results that I want. I have been noticing my chest/pectorals getting much larger, which is always satisfying. My arms have been following as well as my shoulders, but I am not gaining any weight. I was hoping to gain back about 10 pounds of muscle... maybe I am just too impatient?
Just to think 6-8 months ago I had man boobs and now I have some sweet pecs developing. I am so freaking proud of myself! Hopefully by Summer I will look really good, but who knows?
