Way back in Year 8 (or was it year 10?) I made the most gorgeous apricot and white chocolate balls in home economics. I have never been able to find the recipe I used. So today I decided to blend together a number of recipes and invent my own

I haven't made apricot and white chocolate balls, but I know that you have to be careful when using a food processor, you will get puree.
