huh, you know, I don't know when the world market thing happened. i feel like it was a while ago, but everyone still called it cost plus, right? I think once they started expanding outside of CA they called it JUST world market in the new places or something. lol, I guess it sounds a little ritzier than "cost plus" but that's what it's always been to me, and I love it so I aint gonna change!

And yeah. I guess I feel like it's easy to find some dude who wants to go out with me, but it's not that easy to find someone who wants to be FRIENDS with me. boo-hoo.

I do understand where you're coming from. I'm friendly with just about everyone, but I'm close to only a select few. I've always been like that, I suspect I always will be. So my friendships are very dear to me.

But it sounds like maybe you have already had the talk and this is the conclusion you've come to. In which case, I'm just sorry. Even if it's the right thing for you, it still sucks. No one wants to feel like the stump.

yeah, we've actually talked about this many times. And he always says something like I shouldn't take his selfish behavior "personally", that's how he is with everyone. Which is basically a load of shit. Just every time it happens I lower my expectations more and more until it's now at the point where I just feel like a doormat.
