So I've gotten back from a nice barbeque. It was lovely weather, and I'm glad winter's over and summer will be here any day. LOL That is hilarious...and sweet of him.
I can't remember the last time that I got flowers. Mr. Bluestar isn't big on it and I'd rather spend money on books.

I have a Twitter, but never use it. That is a good use for it.

lol, yeah, it was sweet, I shouldn't make fun of it but I really can't help it! But I do LOVE getting flowers. The last bf's who regularly gave me flowers were like, 2 years ago. Since then it's only been the occasional bouquet and what not.

No, seriously, there were a few years there when hubby would run into the grocery store and grab the last available bunch, and I was O_o, and then there was the year that he paid megabucks for a nice red rose booquet, (how the fuck do you spell that?) only to have it die the next day, so I stopped complaining, lol.

I got some really nice flowers for no reason a few weeks ago.. It's nice. It's nice not to have a completely CLUEless boyfriend. Or maybe guys just pretend to be clueless half the time?

But this guy was obviously making the effort. very cute.

I have a horrible habit of comparing Erdem to Gerald. It's totally weird and unfair, but I'm a bitch so I do it. In my head, anyway. So don't feel bad about comparing. It's almost impossible not to.

ha, I've dated a LOT of dudes in my long sad slightly slutty life, so I sort of compare without actually comparing. Like, I have a favorite "thing" about most of them, and it's just sort of how I remember them, so it ends up being comparisons. lol, that made NO SENSE once I typed it out, but it made perfect sense in my brain.
