I do all of the laundry in this house. I'm sure this surprises no one. Most every day I haul 2 loads of laundry down 2 flights of stairs, wash, dry, fold, hang, press, steam, and then I carry it all back up 2 flights of stairs again, sort, and put it all into the designated drawers, shelves, or closets. That does NOT surprise me. A lot of men are like that. The same things happens over here. I gave Devin a bather and got her ready for bed. I left her dirty diaper in the bathroom. I had forgotten to throw it out. He went to use the bathroom and yelled out you forgot to throw her diaper out. I said can you throw it out for me. He said, "I didn't put it there." I said, "Come on honey we are a team! Can you throw it out please?" He left it there!

i don't know if it's a full moon or what but everyone (including me) is in some sort of issue with the husband. mine is trying to pull the "but i earn the money" trump card to any sort of participation in our homelife.
i feel your pain with the laundry.. and the other poster's pain with the poopy diaper.

i crawled into bed last night and husband says "i noticed you didn't bother unloading the dishwasher." you noticed but you couldn't help by doing it yourself?

I have discovered that I am much better at doing chores around the house at the age of 58 than I was at 48. Oh, that might be because I got divorced when I was 48. (smile)
