Do you like to pick out a special calender for the new year? I do. When the X-Files was on, I got an Xfiles calendar every year. So it's getting to that time of year where I start to pick one out. I agree, the PS3 looks cool - but $600 is way too much money!!

I know, and the xbox isn't much better, $400-500 I think. I remember when convincing the folks to get us the early nintendos was a big deal at the $150-250 they ran.

You know they don't release the PS3 here in NZ until next year in May or something stupid. According to the people at work, they had trouble getting the some sort of blue diode for the machine or something.

The Wii is being released here on 4th of December and from what I've seen from the ads and stuff it looks pretty awesome. (Of course it's $500 here... lol)

whew that's steep. If Wii is that much, I don't want to know what PS3 will be.

I expect my brother to get Wii eventually. He has a habit of getting the newest Nintendos fairly soon after his release, whether he has the money or not. Those controllers must be a trip. And here I had trouble using the Gamecube one *LOL*

heheh wiiiiiimotes! I can't wait, they look fun! Lol, I guess the price is because of exchange rates or whatnot lol. I'm not sure how much the PS3 is going to be here, but I've heard it's going to be less than $1000, which was the price that the PS2 was when it was released.
