Ok, ok. The particularly good bits: The banter/dialogue, the putting-chin-on-top-of-Pete's-head-thing and easy physical contact between our two favourite boys, and Pete hits Carl. "Rubbish."
A quibble, if such words exist: Would Pete and/or Carl say this:"Busking, man, busking." ? It strikes me as a little...west coast.

I have no idea about the "busking man, busking." Busking probably is not a British phrase, but I have no idea what it is in British so I went with the busking bit. Heh.

How peculiar! Actually, I was referring not to the buskings but to the word inbetween. Curious, though, that busking is a term used both in the UK, USA and Australia.

Nothing extraordinary happened. I just miss being an excited Libertines fan, in fact, I just miss being a Libertines fan in general. And to me, Dominic Masters represents a part of us all, the part that is so in love with Pete that we'd do fucking anything for him, you know? He released a song about how much of an inspiration Pete is to him! And call me romantic, but I find that very moving. Too bad he's all cracked out now.

Sometimes with the whole crackwhore thing that Pete has going on, I forget just why I loved him so much in the first place.
Reading fics like your though just make me so happy. I feel like I did at the start, when everything was still magic.
Also where can I find the song Dom wrote on Pete. The only others stuff I can get is what on Andrew K. website.

I'm glad you enjoy my fics, I really really do. I miss the good old days so it's great to hear that someone actually remembers what it was like before Kate Moss.
The Others released it as a single, I believe it's called "Stan Bowles." I can upload if you want- I don't care much for the song, but I'm in love with the idea.
