OMG how much I needed this story. These wonderful, missing scenes.

And as the Pike fan I am, the talk between him and McCoy is just beautiful.

Thank you! Pike was lovely in the movie. It showed the relationship between Kirk and Pike just as I would have wanted it.

Thanks so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed Pike and Spock. Bones seems like the kind of person who might reveal his feelings more clearly in conversations to others.

The costume changes were convenient, since they gave me excuses to have Jim and Bones talk.

And I'm so pleased you enjoy my interpretation of the hands scene.

I also appreciate the cheerleading. I, too, think the muse will return soon.

I've got a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes - this is just so perfect!

Thank you for writing this, and for smoothly answering so many questions and smoothly done, especially Bones explaining that he hadn't seen the other blood work hence he needed Khan.

I love how you write them, and the whole scene with Jim dead, Bones' reaction, is beautifully written and paced.
