Biotin is good for hair and nails and theoretically metabolism. And getting all your B vitamins.

I need to pick up some vitamin D - I hear almost everyone is deficient in it if they spend a significant amount of time indoors, and since I am a cave hermit I probably qualify.

I'm a completist! Plus, you know, anything that will theoretically help my metabolism is good times.

I am probably deficient in Vitamin D because a) I live in the upper Midwest and b) I freaking never go outside anyway. I just figure it's good to cover all the bases.

By the way, the Vitamin D one is the smallest of all the pills (aside from the abilify 5mg) so don't worry about taking it if you have trouble taking pills, it's teensy.

Thankfully I got over my inability to deal with pills the minute I realized I needed Advil to get through horrible cramps. I do take chewable multis because normal ones make my stomach hurt, but otherwise I'm cool with swallowing pills unless they're like omg wtf horse pills.
