I love it! I have to ask: How do you cut down on clutter? I wish my placed was as clean and simple as yours.

Thanks! Honestly I guess I'm a minimalist by nature, because it doesn't take much effort for me to not have clutter. I got rid of everything that I didn't absolutely for sure want or need a long time ago, and I don't bring home a bunch of crap now, so it's easy for me to maintain a clutter-free lifestyle.

I really like it! You lucked out with this place, it's fantastic. And I really love the simple lines of your furniture. It fits in really well.

Thanks! Yeah, I don't settle for apartments that don't already have good bones. I'm kind of the master at finding awesome places.

When I'm ready to move into my own place, I'd love for you to find me a wicked 1 bedroom (or studio that isn't just one square room) only eastside but no further east than 65th, and somewhere between like Killingsworth and Tacoma. Oh, and for less than $600. It seems impossible.

Ha, well I can help you for real if you're serious! I actually enjoy helping other people find places, I do it for my friends all the time. However, UNDER $600 will be difficult. Around $600-$650 is more realistic. I was just watching out for places for a friend whose budget was $600-700 and I spotted quite a few cute places in inner SE for under $650.
