I added a few updated photos at the bottom. Need to take more soon. I'm going on the thrifting expedition this weekend.

This is perfect timing! My partner and I are in the process of buying our first house and leaving the renting life behind. Just this morning, I decided to take some pictures of our space before we started packing to move.

There are definitely some things that I would change about it now, but at this point I'll have to settle for doing things differently in the new place!

This was our old livingroom. The previous tenants painted the walls, which I *loved*, and I made the fabric flags for my son's first birthday ... and then kept them up because I liked them so much. :-)

I love the shells, driftwood and rocks on your mantle! I'm totally saving that idea:)

Thanks! :-)

The piece of driftwood is the very first present my husband ever gave me when we were dating. <3 I'm also a lover of crystals and rocks (always have been) and our home is always filled with cool rocks/shells/crystals.

Hello! I just moved in with my friend and coworker into her 2 bedroom rental and I guess this would be an example where limits are no issue! I was going to do a post of this house, but I'm not sure if it is saucy enough for its own post haha. We are two broke 20 year olds living in Oregon :)

Love your space -- you've really made it comfy and warm. It looks like a great place to relax and hang out.
