Howdy! My name is Candy and this is my first place! I've lived here for a 13 months now and will be moving in 5 months (to a whole new state/part of the country.) Gorgeous! I love the green walls, and all your decor. I totally wish I could pull of that look. It looks sort of hap-hazard but in an organized way, if that makes sense. Enough decor to fill the spaces but without being cluttered. Very lovely!

This! I know exactly what you mean.
If I tried something like this, it would end in a complete disaster lol.

Thanks. Sometimes I look at it and think AHH I HAVE SO MUCH STUFF, I WISH I WAS MORE MINIMAL but then other times I look at it and I think it's not so bad and it doesn't LOOK super cluttered...so it's ok. Haha. It is my style, so I try to embrace it. I'm glad others think it doesn't look too crazy.

I agree! It's an amazing feat to have so many wonderful, visually interesting things and yet so much organization and space. Beautiful.

A good friend made me this wonderful package of this awesome peach tea in that paper mache peach you can see in some of the photos. I ended up buying more of it because it was so yummy, but during a move into this place, it ended up getting lost in the back of the cupboard. I didn't think it would be so good to drink anymore, but they still smelled lovely and I really liked the color of them with the walls. Plus, they are just aesthetically pleasing in themselves. Dainty but all together, visually bold! So i just hung the up for something different (and as an air freshener for a while.)
