I can't believe we've actually finished this space. One down, and many more to go, but it feels great.

I love your lights! More hanging lights, I say.

This is so lovely and open. Good work!

Thanks! We're not going up in the attic until fall, so any new lights are out of the question. :)

SOOOoo jealous of a studio space! For now I'll have to continue working out of my garage.

Rooms as studio spaces were a MUST when we were looking at houses. I'm very lucky that it worked out so well!

I love that wall color. What is it? Also, what kind of stuff do you make?

It's leftover from the previous owners and the cans are buried in the garage under the mountain of stuff we haven't unpacked yet. :0

I make costumes and fabric jewelry.

A sewing room island! What a fantastic idea! I won't be buying furniture for my sewing room any time soon, but I still see a lot of good organization ideas to keep in mind when I do any rearranging or renovating. Thanks for posting this!

I love your, well, I will call it a "creepy corner", above your computer. I plan on making a creepy corner above my old piano. Love the whole room, really :)

Delightfully creepy. Even better is that some of the doll heads are neoprene miss-pours from a project I was working on years ago. Aileen stuffed them in a sac and these came to life. :)
