I live off Broadway in Teele Sq. I would love to buy locally...prices just dont seem to go down enough for me :( I am hoping to buy our first place by end of the spring.

we're still renting but would love to buy, too - once the T is extended and the IKEA is built, i think properly values will skyrocket, and i'd sure like to own before that happens! there are condos in the building next door, identical to ours, in the low $200's, but sadly we just aren't ready yet.
