Operation: Organize the Craft Crap

Well, it finally happened. After two years of opening random cabinets and having crafty crap fall on his head, hubby declared that all of the crafting stuff needed to be organized and in one place. He even was so kind as to give up a corner of his man-cave. This was the last of the rooms to sort of be merged together.

That's the goal eventually. But I want to make it strictly show hats. The woman who issues IDs at the Universal Lot has a display of hats from every show that has shot there during the time she's worked. Almost all four walls of the office are covered. It's amazing.

Yeah, both my husband and I love that show. Plus it was a great place to work which makes me love the show even more.

Alas no. I was their DGA Trainee during their 1st season. We get rotated around from show to show.

I love those IKEA boxes -- I have seen them on various craft blogs all decorated differently. How did you paint the big boxes green?!?!?

Spray paint! The really big boxes I covered them metal portions in tape before painting. Then I sprayed the fronts that would be exposed prior to assembling the actual boxes.
