Happy New Year!

Jan 01, 2009 08:29

Yes, it is early but I have to get the Hoppin' John started for our New Year's Day feast! Some of you have read on my journal that we are moving again. I wanted to archive some of this house that I have known my entire life. I hope you enjoy. All images click through to larger versions and several have notes on them.

Thank you. It's bittersweet but I'll take the sweet right now.

Ah, the featured dwelling of 2008. Always inspiring to revisit. And to learn how to present a nice layout in a post that shows off the place to its best capacity-my failing, among others. Where will the new place be and what kind of space is it? Always fun to set up new spaces!

Thanks! It will be another temporary living situation at a still unknown location in the area. We've pretty much come full circle in regards to my parents and their health and living situation. We hope to start making plans to build a new house later this year.
