i just fell in love. we don't have houses like this in south florida. it's terrible.

i think the white walls are amazing. they make the room feel light and airy amongst the wood and fireplace. i say keep 'em white and just get artwork :)

I feel ya on the South Florida houses! There's just no character to all the cookie-cutter, stucco houses! I can't wait until my island house is ready to have it's picture taken for this community!

Thanks! I do know what you mean about the white walls, but sometimes, they can feel more cold than airy, and I think of adding something with a bit more warmth. And yes, I do need more artwork. :-)

Thank you! They are winsome, it's true. Sometimes I guess I feel more shabby than chic. I just added another pic to this entry to show another view of my winsome chairs. :-)
