I like the choice of railing on the new one much more! The more rails/closer together seem to give it a more finished look, especially with the thinner support beams. The front looks much more loved now!

Off topic, what is the long thin window(?) on the left? I've never seen anything like that.

I love it! I can kind of tell what the house looked like without a porch from the first picture, and this looks like a huge improvement!
