so yeah. i was out with something on wednesday when bossman called and said half 4th floor was out sick and a confirmed case of swine flu. so i'm like, crap. flu symptoms. i sit near the guy. just great. not to mention i'm burning up at this point

If you remember the color of the caps on the tubes when they took your blood, I could probably tell you or give you a better idea.

But just be aware, that most health care places are no longer actually testing for the swine flu. If you have influenza type A they just say it's swine flue now-a-days. And in actuality the swine flu isn't as bad as the common flu. The media is just making it sound much worse than it actually is.

But it's already a bad flu season, probably doesn't help with all the press and healthcare facilities saying every flu is swine flu.

i can't remember much of anything. i thought they took 5 vials and truthfully it was only 2 vials of blood. i was out of it.

yeah, the media really hyped it up. they're going nuts over swine flu. it just kinda scared me for a moment when i heard half the company was out the same day i was and confirmed cases of swine flu. i'm just like, well isn't that peachy? office plague.
