Those of you that know her know it is true. She called this week to ask me to donate because she is going to do the MS walk in Santa Rosa this weekend. This Sunday, my mom, who has MS and walks with a cane, is going to walk a 5K for the cure. Honestly, I get teary up every time I think about it.

The giant squid that made the papers today is actually at my lab, I got to take some pictures of it. It is quite big. And quite chewed up.

Due to Ticketmaster weirdness, I have an extra ticket to the Sharks game tomorrow night. It is an all by itself seat in section 224. Anyone interested?

Every so often an I run across an artist that totally speaks to me. 2 years ago it was this guy. I had not been able to listen to it for months, and last night I did, and that was great. It is nice to be in a better place. Anyway, today I found a link to a new song he did live on Ellen which again absolutely speaks to me.

It is snowing at my house. Has been much of the day. If only it would stick, then I could board down the driveway...
