I drive Hwy 17 every day. Twice a day. I know the road, I know to slow down when it is wet, I am not an idiot. The person who decided that their car needed to be where mine was this wet  morning was an idiot. After they took over my lane, and I swerved to the left and then to the right, and then all over the lanes to finally come to a stop facing
