So I just saw this on Tumblr, and I wanted to discuss it here, because gah:

Sounds like Lucifer, imo.

I think if Sam was hallucinating Cas's voice, he'd be saying something a little ~saucier. And Sam wouldn't look so scared, lol.

Hmm, well it sounds different though to me than the "You never left, Sam"s which are clearly Lucifer's voice (not in the above clip), and it just really sounds like the way Misha always said Sam's name...O_o

IDK, IDK, maybe it's wishful thinking...but if it is Lucifer, they sure have similar voices! :p

I must've listened to it about 20 times over w/the volume all the way up lol I really think it is Lucifer though it does sound alot like Cas. Maybe at that level of voice & tone, it sounds so similar. However, if it WAS Cas, that would be cool. Maybe, because Sam's wall is crumbling, that it is easier for Cas to contact Sam, rather then Dean. Who knows? Maybe it is just wishful thinking because we want Cas back!

Lol, yeah, at first I was like, "OMG THAT DOES SOUND JUST LIKE MISHA!!!" but now after listening to it another 20 times I'm not so sure...in any case, I do think they sound similar, maybe it is a tone thing...I wish someone would assemble a compliation of Cas saying Sam's name at this point vs Lucifer for voice analysis! :p

Either way, it sounds similar enough to pretend, IMO...;)

I have a sneaky feeling it's Luci because of the way Sam rubbed his hand right after. Be awesome if it was Cas though.

It was definitely Hellucifer. The way Cas says Sam's name is slightly different, but maybe Cas/Misha will come back as Hellucifer. Maybe they are the same person? Endless possibilities!

I can't believe I missed that!!! It really does sound like Cas but sadly it's more likely Lucy messing with Sam. ;A;

But it would be so awesome if it is Cas. ^___^

Yeah, now I realize it probably is Lucifer, even if it sounds a bit like Cas...:/ But oh well, it was exciting for a sec!
