OMG! Let's speculate on this...(7x03 Spoilers)
So I just saw this on Tumblr, and I wanted to discuss it here, because gah:
SAM WAS TOTALLY HEARING CAS SAYING HIS NAME WHILE ZONING OUT THERE! It's after Dean says his name, at approximately 6:58 in the epp, or seen in this clip here (not sure how to embed a Tumblr vid).
I don't know what it could mean, I mean it'd be cool if Cas were somehow calling out to Sam for help, though I'd be happy too with it just being Sam hallucinating his boyfriend calling out to him, you know, since he ~misses him and all....:) What do you guys think?

I also loved how quickly Sam jumped to Cas in the monster conversation, like he's ~on his mind or something...whatever I just like hearing them say each other's names, and wasn't expecting to get that in this epp, I regret nothing.
