After Cas is diffused, he and Sam have a talk in which they commiserate about their similar experiences being seduced by demons and arrogance and going astray while trying to take down a big threat, etc. And they make up...

Gabriel decides that since Cas obviously has a crush on Sam, and Sam abviously has a crush on Cas, he's going to stick them in romantic comedies until they hook up.

Cas is turned into a cat! Sam and Dean try to find a way to turn him back, but until then he spends time in their motel room, either blithely ignoring them or staring at them unnervingly, as a Cas!cat is wont to do. But of course Cas!cat also wants attention at times, so he is always sitting on Sam's laptop and demanding that Sam cuddle. OR SOMETHING. I am not particular, just so long as there is Catstiel. :3
