I really liked this post, thank you. :) Sometimes it's easier to say things in the words of other people. That challenge, the say nothing negative... that would be so, so hard. But I kind of want to try.

It's so true. I've been trying to collect positive and inspiring things I come across.
I agree that it is SO HARD to not say negative things.
But I think it's true that once you start doing it, you feel lighter and you're life is better because of it.
