Been working away. Have a cover for the Ball antho, and a blurb. The last stories are either in completion or finishing copyedit. Formatters are grabbing stories as they finish. I have to tackle contract stuff next, and then!
Meanwhile, THE TIME OF DAUGHTERS is heading for the finish line.

A really rough blurb:
“I foresee a kingdom full of daughters”-was a prediction from a coded letter shortly after the infamous New Year’s Week of Four Kings.
It’s nearly a century after the death of Inda, the unbeatable Marlovan commander. The empire of Iasca Leror, now called Marlovan Iasca, is beginning to break up.
After yet another ruction in the ruling family, the young king and queen, new to a position they never foresaw, try to save a kingdom that’s fracturing into feudal states. In an effort to wrest the Marlovans back to the glory days, the new king and queen revive old traditions while reinventing others-such as bringing women into that unbeatable army.
By the time the Marlovans learn that you can’t go back again, events accelerate to a climax that no one could have foreseen-except maybe the ghosts walking the walls in the royal city.
