Hello, flist! How are you all doing? I am here at work, with little to do except this database project, which is BO-RING, so I thought I'd update.

* I'm still happy/surprised that it's spring. It hasn't sunk in yet. We had such a horrible winter here, that, even though it's been a couple of weeks, I'm still all "LOOK! The TREES are BLOOMING! CHERRY

I didn't even know you watched Desperate Housewives! Boo for quitting! Weirdly, I've actually kind of been enjoying it this season. I've never in my life been interested in actual soap operas, but something about this show keeps me interested enough to keep watching, even when it sometimes gets bad. It usually always gets good again.

When did you quit watching Heroes? I'm also in the v. small camp of people who are still watching that show for some reason, lol. I have a hard time letting go of a show I've watched since the beginning. This past fall I finally gave up CSI after like nine years, which was a huge deal. It's kind of annoying, though, because I always end up clinging to a show for like literally years longer than everyone else on my friends list, ha ha.

I do watch. I've watched since the beginning. I agree it has ups and downs, but this season is just so...boring. I'm tired of the "fights" between Gabby and Susan, and even though I love Felicity Huffman, and Tom, the storyline with the fiance is really grating. Also, I love Julie Benz a lot more than I should, because I Love love LOVE Dexter, and I loved her on Buffy, so I'm pissed at where they took her storyline. (She's the stripper turned lesbian, or whatever.) I thought the first part of this season was pretty good - I liked the strangler storyline and enjoyed watching Dana Delaney slowly go insane, but I feel like it got lost somewhere in the middle, and I don't really care anymore. So. Yeah
