So. The new roommate is here. She moved the bulk of her stuff in today, when I was hanging out with my BFF and her husband. I came back to...chaos. Pure chaos. I actually took pictures when she was went out to dinner because I kind of can't believe how much stuff there is. I'm not posting them tonight, and maybe not at all, but OH MY GOD SO MUCH  ( Read more... )

I loved I Love You Man. Paul Rudd is adorable in that movie.

"Totes magoats." hee! They had seen it before, I hadn't, and all three of us were cracking up the entire time. I also really enjoyed when Paul Rudd was like, "Okay. Maybe I'll see you there, maybe I'll see you another time." And Jason Segal says, "Okay, that's really confusing. Now I don't know if you'll be there or not." SO FUNNY.

(I have a problem with clutter. It stresses me out.)

I am the same way. Our house is finally box free, and I feel so much better!

Her boyfriend, whom I met for about 3 seconds, wants to set me up with one of his friends.

Well, that's a compliment, at least. Right? Because he only talked to you for three seconds but already thinks highly enough of you to hook you up with a friend.

Oh, I wish my apartment were box-free! Hopefully she'll get it done this week, as we're both going out of town this weekend.

It could be a compliment. That's a nice way to look at it. I saw it as, he has this friend who is really lonely and here's some fresh meat for him. But I dunno. Clearly I do not have a healthy attitude about dating.

Hee, I'm glad things worked out roommate-wise. You know, to start off on the right foot and everything. Can't wait to meet her and her massive pile of stuff!

HAAA, I Love You, Man. I loved it so much. (Also, I loved what Jason Segel said to Terry Gross about playing Sidney and how he liked playing a guy who has all the confidence he doesn't have in real life. Aww, JS!)I feel like an I Love You, Man/Forgetting Sarah Marshall double feature would be a fine evening indeed.

Yeah, I think it'll be okay. Though I totally called Katherine when Sofia was gone and left Katherine a message telling her how much I missed her and that there were boxes everywhere.

That would be a funny evening. I kind of can't believe how much I liked I Love You, Man. Which is similar to how I felt about Forgetting Sarah Marshall, actually.
