Since I haven't posted in a week, I figure I should make some sort of update.

Um...things are pretty much status quo. It's been icky and rainy here for like a week now, which is annoying. I want sunshine, please! It's March 17th, shouldn't spring at least be trying to come?

I watched Kings last night, because Al Swearengen Ian McShane is in it.

I am so ambivalent about this show that I can't even decide whether to watch it AFTER it's aired. I dunno--you'd think that I, of all people, would be down with Bible TV, but I'm just not sure I care. But I like Ian McShane even though I've only seen one episode of Deadwood. And I love the story of David. Argh, I don't know. Maybe I'll see if it gets cancelled, and then start.

Lately I've been feeling like I need to do more with my life. Like, take a writing class or go to grad school or something.

Yes. Just, yes. If you need to talk about this, you know where I live.

Also, it is probable that I will want to go back to Ri Ra at some point. Not, like, all the time. But sometimes. Yum!

Oh, i was wondering if you had seen this. I really liked it. Granted, I'm not terribly familiar with the Bible or the story, so I have no idea if it's getting it right. (But from what I've read, it seems like they are.) I still have the pilot on my DVR, if you change your mind.
Also, I think you need to add Deadwood to your list of shows to watch. It's great. And as someone who studied language in college, I think you'd appreciate the writing.

I am all for going back to Ri Ra. We could try the trivia night sometime, if you want.
