Well so much for vegging at home tonight or much of this weekend. (when in hell am i going to draw?) We're heading down to mom's house. Step-dad has finally left and the lawyers have the keys. Yes he totally is. The divorce is final and that's it. He did the damage to the house while they were still married so...we can't press charges for that. No restraining order since he hasn't done physical harm. The patrol... they don't really care. *hugs* At least the house isn't too much more horrible than what I already knew it to be. -_- Meh.

Holy shit, that's nuts. I hope the local PD are aware that he's unstable? If you're really that worried about him, I don't see how it can hurt anything... Please be safe.

Nah. Local PD are more like whatever about this. The things he's been arrested for in the past are... in the past and he's more of a rotten bastard of a guy who likes mind games and being just below the radar maybe. We're being as safe as we can considering. Thanks hon.

It probably is what you're thinking. Think bad guy and my middle school through high school years. I was VERY happy to leave for the university life.
